This guide is long overdue. It will list all of the common terms you may see in the world of YR.

General

1. gg- good game
2. vgg- very good game
3. bg- bad game
4. noob- A player who is not skilled. Also, a negative term to call someone you are flaming.
5. pro- Good player
6. qm- quickmatch
7. cm- clan match
8. ffg- for fun game
9. eco- Short for economy.
10. rush- Many players get this wrong. A rush is when a player gets the required tech to create a unit very quickly. They then sell their mcv, and attack lightning fast. Many players think it's simply attacking quickly. An mcv sale is required for it to be a rush.
11. leet- Elite unit in terms of veterancy
12. power- Power supply (Power Plant, Tesla Reactor, and Bio Reactor)
13. rax- Barracks
14. ref- Short for ore refinery
15. wf- Short for war factory
16. radar- radar, air force command, or psy radar
17. lab- Battle lab
18. laming- When someone uses an engineer or seal to take a building from the opponent in the early or mid game respectively.
19. lamer- Someone who lames.
20. early game- The initial phase of the game before radar-tech is available.
21. mid game- Phase of the game when a player has radar-level tech, but not lab tech.
22. late game- Phase of the game when a player has lab tech.
23. tc- tank control
24. fodder- Inexpensive units that are meant to absorb damage for more expenisve units.
25. oil- oil derrick
26. engy or engi- Short for engineer
27. build order- what a player builds, the order it was built in, and if applicable, where it was deployed
28. BO- build order


Allied

1. gi- GI
2. ggi- guardian GI
3. griz- grizzly tank
4. ggi ifv- IFV with a guardian gi inside
5. planes- harrier or black eagle
6. gc or cannon- grand cannon
7. pill- pillbox
8. para- paradrop
9. spy sat- Short for spy satellite
10. rocky- Short for rocketeer
11. eagle- black eagle
12. bf- battle fortress
13. td- tank destroyer
14. dd- destroyer (the boat)
15. acc- aircraft carrier


Soviet

1. sov- Soviet
2. sentry- sentry gun
3. con, connie, or scrip- conscript
4. deso- desolator
5. osama flak- flak track loaded with 5 terrorists. Many players strap dynamite to each terrorist before loading them.
6. chops- siege choppers
7. drone- terror drone
8. td- terror drone
9. apoc- Short for apocalypse
10. IP- industrial plant
11. demo truck- demolition truck
12. IC- iron curtain
13. deso bomb- flak track loaded with at least 1 desolator. When the flak is destroyed or the player unloads the deso(s), the player will deploy the desos. His goal is to damage the enemy units, particularly magnetrons, mirage tanks, and prism tanks.
14. nuke- nuclear missile
15. sub- typhoon attack sub
16. dread- dreadnaught


Yuri

1. yc- yuri clone
2. yp- yuri prime
3. gats- gattling tanks
4. mag- magnetron
5. disk- floating disk
6. mm- mastermind


Maps

1. DP- Dune Patrol
2. DH- Dry Heat
3. BF- Blood Feud
4. CS- Country Swing
5. ToE- Tour of Egypt
6. LB- Lake Blitzen
7. LBL- Little Big Lake
8. GSF- Golden State Freeway

Nice guide. Got to say though, "leet" also means elite in internet slang in any context. e.g "My allied skills r leet".

A habit I observed in my time in Yuri's: When people were feeling particularly euphoric and just had one of their tanks promoted to elite, they would say

"WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOT. LEEEEET!!!!111!!"

Also, a fully non offensive way to refer to a new/unskilled player = newb, or newbie.
